The Derma Perfect® Vacuum Hair System

Only 7 Steps to New Hair!

  1. A precise hard mold is taken from the client’s head to accurately measure the area of hair loss.
  2. Using this hard mold, a plaster mold is created to serve as a detailed replica of the client’s head.
  3. A template is made from the plaster mold to measure scalp density. Scalp thickness varies from person to person based on health and other factors, making this step critical for proper fit and comfort.
  4. The plaster mold is then hand-calibrated and reworked using specialized tools to create a custom compression fit unique to each client.
  5. At this stage, a custom lens is created, tested, and adjusted to ensure the proper vacuum strength for long-term security and comfort.
  6. This portion of the process may take up to three hours while the client is present. During this time, hair samples are selected, and the client’s preferences for style, color, and density are carefully noted.
  7. After the client leaves, all molds, artifacts, and hair samples are packaged and shipped to our factory lab. Turnaround time is typically approximately eight weeks. We do not use labor or products from China.
  8. Craftsmanship & Final Fitting
  9. At the factory lab, a skin-like material is created from the plaster mold to replicate the client’s scalp, including natural color tones. Once the new scalp is formed, hair is hand-grafted one strand at a time to precisely match the client’s desired color, density, and style.
  10. When the completed graft is returned, it is securely attached to the custom lens. The client is then contacted to schedule their return visit. During this final appointment, we complete the cutting, styling, and provide detailed care instructions for maintaining the new hair system. This finishing process typically takes one to two hours.
