Only 7 Steps to New Hair!

- A hard mold is taken from client’s head to measure the hair loss area.
- Utilizing the hard mold, a plaster mold is created for use as a replica of the client’s head.
- A template is made from the plaster mold for the purpose of measuring the density of the scalp. The thickness of the scalp will vary from person to person depending on health and other factors.
- The hard plaster mold is then reworked by calibration using hand tools to create a compression fitting.
- At this point a lens is made, tested and adjusted to be sure that it has the proper vacuum needed for security.
- This part of the process can take up to 3 hours as the client waits. During the wait, hair samples are chosen and the client desires for style are noted.
- After the client leaves, we package and ship the needed artifacts and samples to our factory lab and the turnaround usually takes around 8 weeks. We do not use labor or products from China.
- At the factory lab, a skin-like material is created from the plaster mold to duplicate the scalp and color tones After the new scalp is created hair is carefully hand secured to the skin or graft one hair at a time to match the clients color and style needs.
- When we receive the lab’s finished work (graft) we then secure the graft to the lens and contact the client. Upon the client’s return we complete the finishing touches by cutting, styling and teaching them on caring for their new hair. This process may take one or two hours.
We do not compromise time or expense. The result being security, comfort and great looking hair. We have clients in NC, SC, VA, TN, OH, TX and as far away as China. We are also an approved vendor for our VA Hospitals.
